In registering for this challenge you are aware of the conditions below:
- All contestants entered into the body fat % category are eligible to win the prizes of the challenge providing that they maintain lean muscle mass by a minimum of a 5 Ibs deficit to that of which they started the challenge at. Example below: A contestant loses 15 Ibs of his/her overall body mass, 6 Ibs of this overall loss is contributed from the loss of lean muscle mass means that they are ineligible to win this category.
- All contestants entered into the muscle gain category can’t gain more than 2.5% body fat. If this happens you will be ineligible to win this category.
- Contestants entered into muscle gain category must read below 20% male and 25% body fat female. If this happens you will be ineligible to win this category.
- Contestants must attend a minimum of 6 fitness classes out of the 16 over the 8 week period; these will be held on a Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 10.00am.
- Contestants must attend full body analysis reading evenings which will take place at 4 weeks and final readings 8 weeks. This will be held Mondays and Wednesdays
- No profit whatsoever is made on registration fees. A proportion of the fee is kept back to cover costs of running the challenge. I.E printing fees for sports hall and money towards prize evening. The remaining money is contributed to making up the local prize money of the specified categories.
- Local prize money will be shared of the registration fees upon entering the challenge. Example below
- There are 100 spaces available for the challenge, if all of the spaces were to be filled then there shall be €900 (after €100 expenses is taken out) given divided into the specified categories of the challenge.
- All contestants are eligible to win the local prize regardless of any nutritional program they may be on or nutritional route that they decide works for them.
- PLEASE NOTE: no further financial commitments other than the €15 is required over the course of this challenge. Upon our registration evening, any questions you may have will be answered and if for any reason anyone decided that this may not be right for that individual then full refund of €10 would be given. Please note that refunds will not be given after the final registration evening as this money is then designated to the prize money.
- Lastly please note that the winners will be announced at the prize giving evening, so you will need to be in attendance to be in with a chance of collecting a prize. If you are not in attendance it will go the next winner in line.
