BioI came to sport late, taking up martial arts at the age of 20. In the following years, my interest in fitness, the body and how it works grew. I went on to study at the National Training Centre obtaining my NQEHS.
During the course my interest kept growing. I went on to study PILATES to understand more about the CORE and how it works to stabilise the body in nearly all of its movements from just standing still, maintaining posture, to weight lifting and running etc. From there, I went on to become a qualified kettle bell instructor. I then started training as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, qualifying in March 2011. I have also studied Kinesio Taping, qualifying in KT1 & KT2 and KT3 for Sports. Also proficient in Dry Needling. I have been instructing clients since 2009 and treating sports injuries since mid 2010. |
